Diversity in culture, language, and experience makes our learning environment stronger and more interesting for everyone. We are sorry that some students feel that we have failed them.

There is always room for improvement. I want to thank Kennedy and all students who continue to raise their voices and share their perspectives on how NHH can improve — especially regarding the experiences of our international students. We appreciate the engagement of our international community. These inputs are valuable and help us move forward together toward an even more inclusive and supportive NHH.

These discussions will play an important role in the development of our new strategy. Our focus is to strengthen both the academic and the social environment for all students — Norwegian and international — and to ensure that everyone feels seen, supported, and valued as part of our community.

How we organize our student services to cater to all our students, how we communicate and ensure the quality and accessibility of our information, and how we design our study programs are all important areas to consider. These are examples of where we will reflect on how to better support our international students and strengthen the overall student experience at NHH.

I want to extend an open invitation to continue this dialogue. Together, we can make
sure that NHH remains a place where every student, regardless of background, has
the opportunity to thrive and to contribute.
